tile, grout and natural stone cleaning process

STEP 1: PRE-INSPECTION

Our technicians will conduct a pre-inspection of the flooring to determine the best cleaning product and procedure. We will also discuss with you any pre-existing damage such as cracked tile faces, missing grout and unsealed arch trays etc.

STEP 2: application and scrub

The grout lines are hand scrubbed and the tile/stone face is machine scrubbed and agitated with the appropriate cleaning product.

STEP 3: extract and rinse

Using high heat and high pressure, our state of the art cleaning machine extracts dirt and rinses the surface, resulting in a deep clean that leaves your floor clean and hygienic.
